gnews.org was saying the exact same thing. Except their answer for "who" was basically, the CCP.

They said that Hunter should be going crazy wondering about the camera angles of the pictures.

I think in this particular case they are wrong. I don't think Hunter is worried about the camera angles. how could he be? He was probably fucking high the whole time and barely remembers any of it. So how would he know if it was a CCP spy cam, laptop malware, or a hooker or a relative?
