No, i think there was something there. It did move a smidgen. You don't really need a lot of vaccine of any kind. < 1mL

Watch other videos of people from the public getting the shot... plenty of vaccine in there to drown a mouse. This is definitely an empty syringe..

The plunger was initially fully depressed and he actually pulled it up little because it didn't depress at all when he first pushed it. That's not how this works.

That’s a 1ml total volume syringe. You can pull back on it and it will move as it creates a temporary vacuum.
