Biden had a very unusually high voter preference over President Trump compared to other districts and counties who did not use this particular cheatware. Yes it is and I literally live in Broward County. It is said that no Dominion Fraudware was used here or in Palm Beach Counties, but I am sure that they are lying as these two South Florida Counties are notorious for Election Cheating as you mentioned. All of Monroe County (The Florida Keys) used Dominion Fraudware.
