Yes.. And I doubt Lin Wood is posting this without evidence. He is too precise also - 8/19, justice Breyer. They could sue him both and it would be end immediately. You should ask, why nobody sues him right now. Kemp etc...
This is because it could force discovery on the defendant. In order to prove their innocence in the claim they would have to open themselves up for discovery.
Obviously these people have SOMETHING to hide, but they can always hide behind plausible deniability.
It's just the way the law works. Individuals would have an easy time ducking this.
The real question is why hasnt dominion sued them? What could even be found in discovery for their company? The tweets about them are harmful financially. So why not sue those damaging you?
the tweet does say "in 8/19" so this conversation (if true) could have been around the same time. Like, if Roberts is dirty and Epstein had the dirt on him, and then Epstein is dead, then there would have been reason to think Roberts may not be controllable anymore. Hence this call where Roberts insists that reelection won't happen. Lots of assumptions here but this is 2020.
Judging by many comments here (including some of mine) there's a consensus that Roberts is compromised. And in a honeypot/Lolita sort of way. I always thought there was something a little--off--about his looks, both too clean-cut and a little sheepish with a shifty plastered-on smile. He's the only Chief Justice I know of who was such a fluster-bunny he flubbed the simple task of administering the Oath of Office [at Obama's first Inauguration]. Freudian slip-up, since he'd been compromised into breaking his own oath?
I know, these are just impressions and intuitions, but I'm standing by them: there's something seriously wrong with this guy, on many levels.
IMO, Lin is fishing for more evidence - he knows who is corrupt but can't prove it. I feel like he is hoping for discovery. Regardless, it will rattle these people and they will make mistakes. So even if he is just blowing smoke it might uncover something bigger.
I think this has been his strategy all along. He's taunting them. He knows that even if his claims are outlandish, it would lead to discovery if any legal action was taken. The guy is a libel law genius. No way he's setting himself up. He's setting the others up. I know this is true because there's no way these guys would allow him to speak out unless there's a shred of evidence that might get exposed.
Lin Wood is an expert at defamation law. You would think those he is attacking would be suing him, if the information was false. Maybe MAGA patriots in the NSA are leaking stuff to him. I dunno, but something is definitely brewing.

Bruh. What if Jizz lane is the famed anger squid?!?!?
Roberts has been dirty, FOOL. He was on Epstein's flight logs
😮
Lin also implied in a tweet about a week ago that Epstein is still alive.
"Shame if Epstein showed up alive right now" sort of thing.
Fact check: False
Your fatcheck been deboonked for weeks!
I suspect he means 8/19/20
Lin writes, I read.

I think Lin is used to leak information to prepare the public opinion for what's coming.
You got that right.
I do love me some sound logical assessments
tru tru
That 8/19 bothers me though...August 19th (of what year?) or August of 2019?
August of 2019
