I'm not sure where the idea came from that the public can't see the evidence to use it in court or other proceedings but it's absurd and wrong.

I agree. There are too many of us that are watching this across the world. The evidence released won't disappear if it can't be disproven. Just like Hunter Biden bullshit didn't. I think Rudy waited too long on that one.

It is one thing to keep something quiet so you can use it as a bombshell device, but he literally just told everyone what he has, but won't release it. I get the feeling he is just talking out his ass.... again.

It's the same reason potential jurors are interviewed by both parties' attorneys. They want people who can be impartial. If the jurors have seen the evidence pre-trial then they might already have made up their minds and also been influenced one way or the other by media or other opinions.

Except in this case he's already released the story of the evidence, just nothing to back it up.
