He left and nothing happened . More people need to do this. Make them feel a little less powerful for a change , it works .

I have friends who own bars and restaurants here and they have all been reported multiple times and threatened with fines and loss of license. The only businesses I know here that skirt the edicts now are less popular ones that simply don't attract the attention of the Branch Covidians or the State.
Funny that when NY State hired contact tracers last spring, they were instructed explicitly in their training that they were not under any circumstances permitted to ask anyone who contacted china flu if they had taken part in BLM or George Floyd protests.
