It's amazing how the idiots use words to hurt, when THEY are the ones to which they apply. You were doing your job, and collecting information solely for the greater good. The customer, however, was far too special to be included in a community effort. Good riddance. Lose one bad customer = room for two awesome ones! I always reflect these interactions in my reviews when I notice them. I thank the location for doing their part to look out for my - and everyone else's - wellbeing.
