Every court case I've been involved in required me to lay low and keep on the straight and narrow. Now sure, my shot was small frt civil suits but even in those, I was told to not go to the media or anything because what you say CAN AND WILL BE HELD AGAINST YOU IN THE COURT OF LAW. All this publicity is actually what could be turning judges away from it all. The defendants are easy to point out that Lin Wood is coo coo for coco puffs and they can even assert that he's grifting!

2 thoughts- 1) I wonder what they have on Roberts to keep him in line. I've thought this for years, not just because of this tweet. 2) I hope there's proof of this. If not, this is the kind of thing that hurts our case. In a debate on another site, less than 10 minutes ago someone wanted me to provide proof of something. My response was along the lines of "what's the use of providing proof if they're just going to ignore it?" So I came here to get some back up info. This looked great, until I saw it didn't come with the audio of Roberts actually saying it.
The usual thing thrown about(not saying its true) is that his boys were illegally adopted from Ireland via South America. I think the became adults within the last few years, but it might affect citizenship for all I know.
I'd prefer them to release the audio, and it does seem like LARP if they don't, but if they do have audio, they could currently be using it as a bargaining chip over Roberts.
Kind of like... "judge on the merits of the case Roberts so we can do this the easy way, or we'll go the hard way and release the audio and use that as basis for the insurrection route.
