As a lawyer, Lin knows you can't make bold accusations without the evidence to back it up. We know the drill by now:

  1. Call them out on their bullshit
  2. Let them try to lie their way out of it
  3. Slap down the receipts

I like this!

I keep waiting for Lin to slap down the receipts...

I too have been waiting with bated breath but I can't stop thinking that attorneys know better than anyone about burden of proof and Lin Wood isn't just some wacky ambulance chaser with cheesy commercial jingles on local TV. The guy knows his shit and probably has alot more inside info than all of us combined. That being said, when making bold statements, I agree that some receipts would be nice.

This appears to be the same strategy Sidney used when she published her book License to Steal. She named names and was never sued.

The catch is if the 'victim' sued it opens up discovery. Which all evidence is now admissable. So the victim essentially hangs himself in the trap.

A lawyer pede can better explain this.

Truth is an absolute defense to libel. That means that if I say “so and so fucks kids,” I win any libel lawsuit against me if I can prove that so and so does actually fuck kids.

If so and so sues me for libel, I would be able to conduct “discovery” against him as part of my defense. Discovery let’s me subpoena records and documents in so and so’s possession. I can also take his (or other peoples’) depositions and I can use the evidence I find to prove that it’s true that so and so fucks kids.

I don't trust everything Lin Wood says. And for good reason. Not saying he has bad intentions but I like for my sources to be a little more reliable then he does.

One by retirement, one by death and ...THREE WILL BE REPLACED BY SCANDAL

Is there some prophecy that I missed?

It was a “prophet” who was a firefighter I believe. He has since passed away. Can’t recall his name. His predictions are repeated a lot because he was so right on about many things - including that Donald Trump would be elected President in 2016 (he said this in 2012 or so before Trump had officially shown any interest) He said he would have two terms and elect 5 SCOTUS judges overall by the above means. We got one by death (actually two, counting Scalia’s seat) and one by retirement, so.... just waiting on the scandal. I always thought 3 was pretty ridiculous, but not so much anymore. I sure hope he was right!

That's the thing, he made 4 posts about Roberts but no sauce.

Roberts is a bastard and needs to pay bigly.

Please let that be true. Impeach him, get another Trumpian on the Bench!

Abe Lincoln arrested a justice when he invoked the insurrection act, if I am not mistaken.
