Worse than a freefall. Democrats strapped a rocket pointing straight down to our backs and then complained when it ran out of fuel before we hit the ground. They're still stuck in 2010 thinking we all watch Fox news when all we do is watch democrats try to kill us all.

They claim we're killing everyone and are what's wrong with the world but all we do is watch them. They still haven't connected the dots.

I just wanted to come in here in a moment of weakness. I can't help it--I've got tears coming down my cheeks for a young couple I know in Olympia, Washington, who had their family business, an old fashioned family pub, destroyed by Jay Inslee's lockdown.

They were one of the nicest young couples I ever met. They worked SO hard to start, grow, and run this business. It was a community meeting place such as Olympia hadn't seen in a long time in that part of town (I would go there for meetings with people who lived or worked in West Olympia; friends of mine went there regularly and were good friends with the young couple).

Everything prepared fresh and cooked special. Wonderful beers and ambience. A lovely, clean living, hard working young couple creating jobs to support their beautiful family (them and children) and other families too.

I am trying to keep being a good hearted kind souled person...but I am watching the destruction of something better than Jay Inslee in a million lifetimes could ever even SEE never mind create. He is such a vile nasty grifting scumbag. A traitor to our local youth. Just another boomer protecting his rice bowl and Chinese handlers. (And yes, Chyna very much runs Olympia/Pugetopolis/WA state.)

The hypocrites who did this to these fine young community members will walk away from it without problems.

Look at Patty Murray, who got her job effectively by appointment after today's mayor of Seattle--Jenny Durkan--helped Kari Tupper MeToo Senator Brock Adams (in the early '90s while female accusations of sexual impropriety was being beta tested as a Dem power strategy) out of his Senate seat.

With Murray getting put in that seat and Dominion counting the votes, she has occupied it ever since. We have not been able to get a single Republican or Independent senator in office since then. Kari Tupper by the way is the wife of George Bridges, the president of Evergreen State College, who responded to 2017's riots and being held hostage by buying the beta-testing BLM idiots gumbo and giving the lead criminal--a hot pants wearing pink haired mincing guy--a job.

George Bridges ran the Mary Gates Foundation at UW Seattle before he became president of Whitman College. He raised $165 million in 5 years there then went to Evergreen, which he is running into the ground. Presumably because the board members are connected with powerful private interests connected with China who want the college's real estate and a lot more real estate on Olympia's west side. A friend sent me a long discussion of that from a web site that I'm afraid to put here because some people might take offense to its other content. But the commenter there had a lot of links, and I checked them all, and they all checked out. Some of those links showed how the chairman of the board of Evergreen State, name of Goldberg, was part of a law firm responsible for making Chyna WA state's #1 trade partner. I may have shared this other times, with that information in front of me. Right now I'm just grieving for that young couple, and for the community, having lost such a lovely place to gather.

I am furious and disgusted by how these vile, sick enemies of hard working people have so much power. I am sick of these demonic creatures using the masks of humans...while dehumanizing us with masks.

BTW this young couple were independent voters who had a lot of questions about the power structure in Olympia. But because they devoted themselves to running a business and raising a family they didn't have a lot of time for online reading/commenting and such. They literally worked like 120 hours a week. EACH.

Sorry to run on. I just wanted to get this sadness off my chest, and I hope it doesn't burden anyone else too much.

45
newuser999 45 points ago +45 / -0

Realistically, what can we expect from big govt and woke companies attempting to get the masses to comply and wear the badge of vaccination? I'm thinking schools and air travel will try to mandate this.

22
Sting 22 points ago +23 / -1

Absolutely. Now the question is whether airlines, for example, value business over the agenda. Telling people who have not been vaccinated that they can’t fly it’s going to cost them, potentially, billions. Depends on how long it lasts.

Now, I feel very strongly that “go woke go broke” is a myth because the companies that continue to go woke like Nike, Proctor and Gamble, etc., take a temporary hit but bounce back stronger than ever before. If airlines run the numbers and decide it’s better for business to exclude millions of people from eligibility to fly, it’ll prove that “go woke go broke” doesn’t track with reality.

13
OranjeBlanjeBlou 13 points ago +13 / -0

No it won’t. Do you see how many people are out there wearing masks while saying “I disagree with masks!”? They will object, and then they’ll do it anyway.

I'm not allowed to see my nephew my sister just stopped talking to me. Told my parents to tell me it's because covid. Now my mom tries to make me feel bad by sending me a video of him in a pre school play singing a Christmas song without a mask around 10 other kids.

My sister didn't send me anything. Even when I was visiting the beach in CA 5 miles from her house we stayed 3 nights and 4 days she avoided me the entire time.

When my first child comes this May I'm not even going to tell them.

6
Esodo 6 points ago +6 / -0

Don't listen to the other person who replied. I don't blame you for not telling them. Family that treats you like human garbage can hardly be called family. Now if it was a simple disagreement? Yeah sure family is family. But cutting you off from your nephew over politics??? In the end do what you feel like you have to do pede.

1
RegularAmerican 1 point ago +1 / -0

The funny thing is that I'm not proposing doing something radical or unheard of in this situation. It would just be equal treatment. They're not doing anything illegal. Sure I call it very immoral and I'll even say it's a disgrace. But I'm not the bad guy here. I'm the victim. My 3 year old nephew (who looks more like me and sister than his dad) is also a victim. because I know he misses me and asks about me. I wonder if my sister said "I told them not to come near you because they'll give you GERMS!" because thats pretty much the truth. He's such a cute kid and I really feel bad for the awful future ahead.

2
TheWinningNeverStops 2 points ago +2 / -0

Fucking disgraceful. I would disown her. That's not a sister I would like to have. Mine isn't batshit crazy and brings over my niece and nephew every week to play without stupid face diapers. Doesn't give a fuck about chinese virus.

If she was like this I would avoid her as well as much as I love my nephew and niece.

By shutting them out and not telling your family, that makes you no better a person. They're still your family. Perhaps your child is an opportunity to bring the family back together.

2
TheWinningNeverStops 2 points ago +2 / -0

That's doormat thinking. If they cared even an iota about family they wouldn't be doing what they are doing.

This. My grandparents lived through that in Philly. This is exactly what they said. The "bodies stacked like cordword" were mostly regular deaths that didn't get picked up in a few instances in the slums because the funeral directors or whatever didn't want to go into the filthy slums. But the newspapers made up a bunch of hysteria about it.

My grandfather was a West Point man and an engineer. Very rational and calm under pressure.

He said that "Spanish flu" was mostly a hoax and that the original "virus" was some kind of biological agent from a government program. I thought he was just being a wacky elder...till learning much more about all that within the past ten years. Grandpa, forgive me for not being able to hear you then! Though admittedly I was like eight years old.

7
KekistanPM 7 points ago +7 / -0

Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905), was a United States Supreme Court case in which the Court upheld the authority of states to enforce compulsory vaccination laws. The Court's decision articulated the view that individual liberty is not absolute and is subject to the police power of the state.

I'm not saying it's not a fallacy; but you're probably going to need to defend your rights with force because the court doesn't have your back.

My uber driver told me a story of someone who had to have their legs amputated because of covid complications.

It was indeed sad, but it doesn't change the fact that you can still easily get it without a mask, and if you're going to be around people there's a greater than nothing chance you could get it. Like with any virus.

People like to use heartbreaking stories to argue for lockdowns and masks, but they ignore heartbreaking stories of people who commit suicide and the elderly who are based imprisoned for almost a year with little to know physical or in-person contact.

10
CRobinsFly 10 points ago +10 / -0

What your Uber driver may have failed to mention was the comorbidities present on that victim. Could they have had diabetes? Really is curious they lost their legs due to COVID - that's one I haven't heard of yet.

People die from disease. It's a fact of life. What is sad is that we seem to care more (via distruction of our livelihood and freedom) about 300k dying in the first year of a novel virus' presence than we do of the nearly 700k that die annually from heart disease.

6
Margincrew 6 points ago +6 / -0

In epidemiological terms most of the deaths are "dry tinder" anyways and would be dead within 6-12 months.

4
CRobinsFly 4 points ago +4 / -0

That's what I figured as it seems logical - the low hanging fruit will be the first to be picked.

4
Margincrew 4 points ago +4 / -0

Yep! But to give that fruit a few extra months in isolation they have drove hundreds of millions globally into poverty and starvation. And that is only one stat. Pisses me off.

What TikTok ass shaking nurse used that to cover up her or a colleague's medical errors I wonder?

Coding is everything where the profits of an HMO are concerned.

Those fallacious arguments work on normies. We all need to do a better job putting out a heartbreaking personal stories on how the shutdowns affected someone.

They're the same with the masks. "You should be forced to wear a mask to placate my hysteria."

It should be illegal for you to open your small business or restaurant because you could harm me if I decide to go into your small business or restaurant. - Leftist logic

I should be responsible for my wellbeing and my family's, no one else's. Everyone should be responsible for themselves. Just like with masks. We're being told to wear homemade or cheap store bought face masks that may marginally reduce spread of it to others but will not stop you from getting the virus vs something like an n-95 or something rated to prevent you personally from getting the virus. People who are scared should wear the masks that are more protective, and people who are not worried about it can do what they want. But apparently manufacturers have not been able to ramp up production of n-95s or some BS over the last 9 months and only medical personnel should use them.

MASKS DON'T WORK TO BLOCK VIRUSES

IF THEY DID, YOU'D BELIEVE YOUR MASK BLOCKS VIRUSES

AND YOU WOULDN'T BE DEATHLY AFRAID OF MY SMILE

THINK FOR YOURSELF -- STOP BELIEVING PSUEDOSCIENCE CONTROL PROPAGANDA

Symantec fix:

"It should be illegal for you to have the option to leave your house because you could harm me if I choose to leave my house."
