I was mad and horrified, but I was determined to learn how to eat clean, how to use food and herbs as medicine, how to make my own cleaning products, etc.

But when I tried to share what I was learning with others, I lost friends as a result because I offended them when I didn't want to eat their food, and they labelled me a consp theorist.
