If we can ignore dead people voting I think just about anything that doesn't involve guns or people getting arrested will be ignored at this point.
They would say, you have no proof. Unsubstantiated claim.
I think you're close. If someone filed a suit with a confession as evidence, the case would be dismissed on a technicality and the confession would never be listened to.
Nah, biden and kamala could submit signed afidavits saying they did it with full details and the media would ignore it and any court would either do standing or laches. Hell theg should do that, its the dominant move. It would put everyone in their place unequivocally.

The thing that drives me crazy about that is the trailer I.D. is known. The USPS knows if that trailer showed up again, or if it's still missing. And no one is calling for an investigation.
Dems call for investigative committees left and right. And yet the theft of a presidential election doesn't motivate any Republicans to do anything about it. Apparently not even the Freedom Caucus, Trey Goudy, Rubio, Cruz. Etc. What is everyone doing?
