THIS. Schlichter's Turnbull series is great, and scary in how the absurdist policies or activities that he describes are uncannily close to what transpired after he penned them, or are actually what we see happening in practice already.

Wildfire got a little silly and I think Schlichter wrote a lot of it while completely drunk, but the chapter where they dump all the zombies right into the walled off and thus inescapable CIA HQ compound is pretty hilarious.

It is not a how-to, but a warning. Unfortunately there are no Kelly Turnbulls in real life. There is just us. Get training while you still can, and get in shape. You're gonna need it.
