Why not just change the upload numbers and print the paper later. There are many, many times more Rep. counties then Dem. It will take them forever to get around to all the counties. They should not report them until the day before certification so the courts will say to the Dems "sorry, you're too late"
I can see it now. Dare county, GA. Population 16,000. Eligible voters, probably about 12k.

Really they need to do this, then only report half of their votes. When Fulton finally says they are done a few days, these counties need to "find" the rest of their votes.
Just wheel in boxes of republican votes go to where they are stored, and just start dumping them on the ground and mix them up.
The sensible solution to the gaming which goes on is for all county-level results to be submitted but kept sealed until such time as 100% of counts are complete, then the whole states reports the result of the election.
The results for every precinct are uploaded or loaded into a central database, the fraud occurs when corrupt (dem) precincts query the central database to see how many votes they need to fabricate to steal the win, query it again to identify registered voters who haven't voted yet, instruct the system to print ballots for those people, claim a water main broke or a machine jammed to stop the counting until the fabricated fresh off the printer ballots are ready and inked up by dem party stooges working in that precinct, of course observers must be cleared out, then PRESTO! Looks like we came up with just enough to win! Stacy Abrams needs her fat gap toothed carcass swinging from the end of a rope.
