This is how it all falls apart--circular logic. That's what the left always uses. That TX congressman (I'm presuming) is quoting an uncorroborated report he had heard on Hal Turner radio show from "source deep inside SCOTUS."

Is it likely? Possibly. Do I believe it? Yes. But we have to be credible and careful about this. It is from an anonymous source.
