In response to that article saying he will confirm Biden and leave the country? It also said he has been quiet on the fraud. This tweet refutes that article absolutely in my mind.
I believe that Mike Pence is a true Christian Man. And True Christians do not betray their presidents, their people, or their oaths. Anyone who tells you Pence will betray us is either an idiot or knows something I don't.
Yeah I was reading that. It’s confusing though because electors can be stripped of safe harbor under certain circumstances. I’m assuming proven fraud would be one of those
There’s something also about how the electoral votes could only be considered regular if there were no court challenges six days before the electoral vote. Confusing
I trust Pence. I believe he'd probably be fishing or spending time with his family, but I believe he has a strong moral compus, loyalty, and sense of duty. He wont surrender or betray Trump.

Look at Col. Phil Waldron when he testified.
That guy knows they have the enemy pinned.
He almost laughs a few times the same way I've seen operators chuckle as terrorists are planting bombs and about to get fired on.
We will win. Stay mad and stay LOUD until then.
That travel itinerary looks like business as usual. It is not the itinerary of someone who is not VP. They’re really stretching.
But "PeNcE iS gonna BeTrAy TRuMp, I DoNt TruSt hIm"

I agree
Can't he as VP just disregard those contested states when confirming the EC vote in a few weeks?
Its a little more complicated than that. If you read the law, there are three different categories of votes:
I believe both house and senate need to agree to throw out category 1 and two. But they need to agree to keep 3
What makes a stale of electors non-regular I dont know, but I’m guess questions of fraud, or a pending Supreme Court case would be one of them.
Please dont quote me on this. I’m not an expert
You bastard!

Do it.

Well this is very reassuring to hear. I’m glad he has the courage to say this so strongly.
It was a concern that he was maybe old-GOP.
