Yea, no standing is technically correct (the best kind of correct) but, to make lemonade out of lemons, there is information to be gleaned from those few days of mayhem.
The argument Texas was making was that the way the battleground states may have violated their own state laws violates Article II of the Constitution, and not only disenfranchises the voters in those states, but also disenfranchises all the other states in the union that have agreed to abide and have since been abiding by the Constitution, because said election mismanagement of those five states damages the right of the remaining states' electors to elect the President.
The only reason riots exists is because Democrat mayors let them happen. They want as much destruction as possible so they can blame Trump for the damage.
