Jenna merely points out the lawsuits will continue ad infinitum after POTUS is sworn in his second time.

Don't expect relief from the courts, or the legislatures for that matter. Anything those two do is in the future tense, not relevant to today. Even if SCOTUS was to rule for us it would impact nothing on the ground. Corrupt government officials are not going to suddenly become honest just because SCOTUS rules after all, they do not care for Law, they do not want Law.

The BLM terrorists and antifas and gangbangers and media thugs and all the rest are still gonna be there rioting and terrorizing, sanctuary city cops are still not gonna enforce Law...

Don't expect relief from the courts, POTUS has to pull the trigger on the Deep State.

I understand. But the Constitution mentions one date only, which is the 20th of January. This is an exceptional time, conventional dates do not matter anymore, even if Jan 6th is mentioned in SCOTUS ruling of Bush v. Gore. I'd say, in a country where people get subpoenaed but do not care, and judges do not rule on merit but standing, that is, in a country of no law, why should a date matter? I'm highly confident about the outcome.
