Everyone I see on a day to day basis is an insufferable normie. All my colleagues, all my family and basically all my friends.
They're all happy that the government is telling us we can't see family at Christmas. They fully support all the lockdowns and vaccines and censorship and all round tyranny.
The worst part is, they never shut the fuck up about it. I can't remember the last time I had a conversation with someone that didn't revolve around this stupid cough or the election.
None of them have a clue what's going on, but they don't let it stop them from arguing whatever the latest talking point is passionately. I'm dealing with people here who don't understand percentages, and hadn't even heard of the electoral college until two days ago.

Yes, same. I feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone, where everybody is afraid of a virus that we don’t have and that has a teeny mortality rate. I’m in Victoria Australia amd we have had no cases here for months, everyone is still wearing masks and working from home, terrified. And people here think Biden won the election and it’s over. I know exactly what you mean, once you take the red pill you move into a different reality.
