You think everything is public? You don't release everything immediately or take the most severe action without exhausting all necessary avenues. Even if they knew SCOTUS was unlikely, they have to go there. The courts haven't looked at the evidence. They have done a great service for simply revealing clearly the extent of the corruption.
No court is looking at evidence. No one wants to hear them. Imo, release all of this shit (all of the krakens,bombshells, whatever) that they allegedly have and hopefully get a public response out of it, then maybe congress and the courts will actually hear it.

I highly doubt they just deleted it with zero response. That's not how they do things. They always provide an explanation.

The reason SCOTUS dropped the Texas case is that Roberts is a sniveling, weasely, never-Trumping piece of shit, who said he doesn't want to take it because there are riots in the streets. SCOTUS is fucked; the entire system is completely fucked.
Yes, sure, but there was no comment on this case. SCOTUS always has to make a comment on why they would so much as drop a case. The system automatically dockets cases anyway, and aren't they off right now? Are they even there?
