I really don't think the American patriot masses will leave the comfort of their posh American lifestyles and rise up without a clear end game, and goals / plans.
All we have are gun owners, tons of keyboard warriors, lots of "high energy" and Pepe the fucking Frog. No action, no risk. We have more to lose.
I certainly have no intention of waltzing out alone, trying to make making some statement, getting cut down, and ruining my family for no gain what-so-ever.
We need organization and leadership to fall into place. We don't need a martyr any more than we need Pepe the Frog memes.
The insurrection act could put the military on our side, and we suplament them (a bit like the National Guard), ultimately supporting our Commander in Chief.
