The only reason why Antifa and BLM can riot is that they don't have to work in order to feed themselves (and also they have no families, so no responsibilities).
As soon as the Right finds a way to sponsor an army of no-life's and pay them to do nothing but respond when called, it will have a say in rioting. Until then, no luck.
The Left pays its army a hefty price (by way of subventions, student loans and all). If the Right refuses to pay an army, it will never have one. Which takes us back to one of the roots of the problem: most billionaires are not on our side. Trump is, but as far as I know he hasn't made such a use of his money.
