The thing is that it is a valid reason to file law suits, which then would be another reason for Congress to reject CA electors on Jan 6?

That's a good point actually. Worst comes to worst we could use the evidence to convince Pence to act on it and throw out those votes as well.

You're certainly right. It WOULD be a perfectly valid reason. CA's electors should NOT be accepted.

I worry that the courts would simply refuse to hear the case like they’re doing elsewhere. When election laws aren’t followed, and there is no legal recourse in the court system......then what?

It's basically the same everywhere if nothing is done about the last election. All these "swing" states in question will become permanent blue states in perpetuity.

Exactly. 99% of the people who have power to do something either a) are a Democrat (read: crooked and compromised), or b) have no spine. This is not dooming - this is reality, and we all know it.
