What are all of the processes and requirements that President Trump would have to meet in order to invoke the Insurrection Act and/or martial law? Who are all of the people that he would need to sign off on it?

The military has to be willing to follow orders. If they will ..........,

President Trump can do it anytime now. According to the act;

“A localized breakdown of authority has made the enforcement of federal laws “impracticable”; or any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy “hinders the execution of the laws of that State ... that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law.” Recent revisions to the Insurrection Act have added new criteria that can trigger unilateral Presidential troop deployments, including: “... natural disaster, epidemic, or other serious public health emergency, terrorist attack or incident, or other condition in any State or possession of the United States ...” that results in a breakdown of local law and order.”

What would he gain by doing this? I swear that all this talk about martial law was started by leftist provocateurs.

The Insurrection Act states thusly:

"Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion."

Those words that I highlighted exactly describe the current situation. Politicians are unlawfully obstructing the enforcement of laws against election fraud, and attempts to prosecute violations of these laws are currently impracticable by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings due to judges throwing the cases out.

He would have to see his way through a military tribunal.

No he would not. The soldiers are a 💯 behind him and so is the pentagon now that they eliminated a bunch of people. He could do it and after a few hundred arrest and the shut down if social media and MSM there would be very little opposition.

Yes. It would lead to worldwide starvation and a depression that made the 1930s look like the 1920s. This is not a kids game.

Worldwide starvation and a depression? How?

There would be an immediate bond selloff for sure if even for one second the government of the US looked unstable. Very soon (days) inflation through the roof (overnight), our major banking institutions would collapse, the government would have no money (because its all borrowed), dollar would lose status as reserve currency in about 10 days, of course this would spill over into global economy, absolute chaos would ensue. No money, no paychecks, no jobs, no supply chain.

I doubt it. The Insurrection Act has been invoked 14 times already and never caused any of those problems before, and martial law is in many ways less strict than the current Coronavirus restrictions in many states.

Besides, even if any of that did happen, it still wouldn't be half as bad as having a blackmailed Chinese asset (Biden) as president.

The insurrection act has been called on, but look at the circumstances. Limited areas, race riots and shit, always had support of the government at large, generally had popular support. In this case, it would be nationwide, at least 50% unpopular, 85% unpopular with federal government and would have no foreseeable outcome such as (escorting black girls to a classroom, which ends when they get there). No doubt it would give economic leaders reason to freak out and a selloff of debt would ensue, it would snowball, they could not control it. Sure I would rather that then our election being stolen, but its not up to me.
