What's the risk?? Why are you so against it? Doesn't take that much time. Pretty suspect that you're against doing this.

There may have been personal threats too, I rather assume there have been. Of the Republican justices Roberts may be suspectible to blackmail, Barret has seven children, both Gorsuch and Kavanaugh have what seems like happy marriages and both have two, and the game has lately started to look even more serious than it seemed before. And there is plenty of evidence of dem supporters quite willing to go to extreme lenghts to get a win to their team. Considering that those people aren't necessarily ones with previous criminal behavior one of them might well be anybody walking past on the street, or somebody who seems quite reliable like a kid's teacher. It is hard to protect people against somebody like that, no matter how tight the protection, especially if the threat is given as something that may persist for years (like "do as we want or one of your children will die no matter how long it takes for us to get to her"...).

They are not superheroes, not even trained for that kind of threats like somebody with police or military background. Might not be that hard to scare the shit out of at least some of them.

If the Supreme Court is persuaded by public opinion and not the Constitution followed then after by United States Law, we need to get rid of all nine judges.

1
Tuarac 1 point ago +1 / -0

UnidentifiedWhiteMan 1 point ago +1 / -0

I give you credit for posting this. Yes. Public opinion does work. It is better than doing nothing a d certainly better than criticizing those who do nothing

It would seem they are not swayed by public opinion. They are swayed by mass violence. Are you taking notes?

Dieselslacker 4 points ago +4 / -0

I've been calling and emailing lots of them. I looked up the supreme court a week ago or so. The more calls the better. They think they are in an ivory tower, with lady liberty guarding them. How often do you think average person calls the court.

Fire them up

StaryHickory 3 points ago +4 / -1

incorrect they are persuaded by threats of violence. Not suggesting anyone doing anything dumb. But they are persuaded by perceived power to act and cause violence and loss of material wealth.

Public opinion is too polite. Let's try PUBLIC OUTRAGE. Much better.

John Roberts isn't swayed by riots. That's just his excuse. He knows if they take the case, Trump wins. That's what he's afraid of but he knows he can't say that.

1
johnqpublic864 1 point ago +1 / -0

How about someone pens a letter and posts it. We all print and sign it and send it to SCOTUS. 55 cents.

The Supreme Court Justices are motivated by their own legacy.

They want their names on big, important opinions that are going to be forever cited and remembered. They want to have their names revered by legal students and scholars for decades after they die or retire.

When the media sings the endless praises of the globalist liberal agenda, moral cowards like John Roberts respond because they think that they are on the right side of history.

Destroy the media. Make the truth known, that their name will forever be cursed and their decisions overturned by later courts who consider them foolish and corrupt.

Or get control of the House and Senate and then impeach them.

It is the besetting vice of democracies to substitute public opinion for law. This is the usual form in which the masses of men exhibit their tyranny. James Fenimore Cooper

That public opinion they care about only goes to one side though, not a shit given for anyone outside of that.

-10
Mrs_Fonebone -10 points ago +1 / -11

No. The supreme court does not work like that.

Now nobody is responding because they're bored with your reposts.
