The shitty part is that taxes are withheld for this very reason. The business would need to pay in cash.

And they would need to conveniently lose their payments to you on a fishing trip at the same lake your guns also went overboard.

And if they have money in a bank, the bank will freeze the business bank accounts to get that tax money.
