I sincerely hope Trump isn't depending on some last minute plan. Or the courts. He needs to go full military all out Abe Lincoln up in here. Set this straight. Drain the swamp, flex on all the traitors. Prove he won. Reboot this mutha.

Sure but if we have to rely on both houses for something it isn't happening we don't control the House even with our gains and the Senate is hanging on hoping for Georgia to come through

Who is Richard Garcia and why should I care what he says? Really, who is he?

it really doesn't matter who he is. i believe what he is saying is accurate as far as the process.

Yup, don't know where everyone's optimism was coming from thinking we'd win through Senate/House.

Could be wrong but I think that the House votes by delegation, not as they normally would. All Republican Senators and Representatives need to hear form us, every single day until Jan 6 to remind them that they need to put an end to this fraud. Maximum pressure. Mitch McConnel should be getting 3-4 calls a day form everyone. They need to be reminded who put them in those cushy jobs and who will vote their asses out of them. Giving up and accepting the fraud is not an option. Call. Call. Call. Get their commitments to stop this fraud. It's their Constitutional duty. The Founding Fathers put them last in the process for a particular reason, and that was to put an end to exactly this kind of shit that's being pulled. We need to pound it into their heads. If they don't stand up for Trump now, we won't stand up for them in the next election. Many of them owe their jobs to Trump. Time for them to start showing that Republicans will fight to uphold the Constitution. We all know this was a fraudulent election. They need to do their jobs. Maximum Pressure everyone!!! Don't relay on the EO or any "trust the plan" shit that keeps going around. Pressure on these people must be the priority!

Ya, I'm confused on that...

I thought the vote by delegation was for the election of the President, not the vote to disregard the electoral college. Frankly, upto this point IDK.

Except the House vote is one per state not majority. But we know Romney will relish voting against Trump in the Senate, and others

Is it confirmed we need the full house & full senate to vote ???

Doesn't matter what McC wants. His power is overrated. He's the senate majority leader but Trump is so engrained in the party now that they'll lose a significant amount of the base if they go along with it. So he can wrangle support but the Rs are going to be fractured.

Look at what the southern states tried to do in the Supreme Court. I'd look at that as a model of what might actually happen on the 6th.

Good point. He's not the President of the Senate.

What did the southern states try to do?

1
imausertoo 1 point ago +1 / -0

The texas SCOTUS case where many joined in (and some northern too). I think a lot of the same states are going to ally themselves in the same way on the senate and house.

It'll be a shit show if it gets that far no matter what.

That's why it's so important we get to the bottom of this now one way or another. Force the hand of local governments to do a forensic audit on their voting machines. Prove it to the world so we don't even have to go to that level of division.

most of us understand this already. one senator and one congressman can't change the outcome, they can only open a debate on the floor. it's up to a majority of them to reverse the election and i'm not holding my breath for that.

Tats not true from what I read it is UNCLEAR, so he is just spouting nonsense. Trump needs to declare Martial Law and start arresting people

I agree with Richard Garcia. Ever since last Friday, it’s been obvious no one’s going to step up. I’m gonna get downvoted to hell and back for this, but i also think Trump will end up conceding.

I don't think he'll ever concede. It's not legally required for him to concede in order for them to install Beijing Biden in the Oval Office though. Concession is a matter of tradition and pride only.
