Ok, I give injections all the time. I agree... looks like an empty syringe, but just so yall know... most injectable drugs are clear. If you insert the syringe and pull back on the plunger, you won't get air unless you're on the lung or some air pocket, such as Sq emphysema... and you won't get blood unless you're in the vein. Not trying to say this is a legit vaccination, just sharing some first hand knowledge.
