You are saying he needs an EO to stop election fraud? No, why would a president have to somehow anticipate fraud and write an EO before it happens to stop it after the fact? Logically that makes no sense.
Trump can act anytime he wants. It’s his choice to do nothing or raid Dominion.
While this is true, the counter argument is that raiding a company to impound computers is a pretty tame operation. I don’t see why it would generate any backlash or controversy at all.

He’s had justification to seize dominion machines and servers since 11/4, you don’t need some EO for that. It’s a blanket national security issue.
Look at SolarWinds, it was raided in 24 hours... no EO, no report, no bullshit needed.
