I don't see how this can be done correctly since the ballots are separated from the envelopes already... are they going to match to the signatures on the voter roles/DMV files? They should focus on Fulton and Dekalb with emphasis on the "Biden only bubble" ballots..

It all comes down to the rules with observers. If they are going to keep putting the observers 100 feet away from the action, then we still have not gained anything. If this is legit, then it could be decisive.

It's a statistical sampling of each county being conducted by the U of GA. This really needs to be a full signature match by an external, independent reviewer in public view; otherwise this will not regain the confidence of the GA voter
