I don't see how this can be done correctly since the ballots are separated from the envelopes already... are they going to match to the signatures on the voter roles/DMV files? They should focus on Fulton and Dekalb with emphasis on the "Biden only bubble" ballots..

this is all for show unless the observers are allowed to actually observe.
