It’s isn’t because I think they’re wrong, it’s because they lack confidence and conviction. They want to convince you to leave your family behind and fight a head on war against the enemies of the people, without any plan and yet, do you think they would have to conviction to even stay in the war? Hell they’ve already given up on President Trump despite the President saying he’ll never give up. What makes you think they’ll actually have the resolve to fight when a couple of Chinese rats are trying to do target practice with their heads? War isn’t pretty, it isn’t fun, it’s very fucking serious and to many you won’t be a hero or a martyr. You’ll be a radicalized terrorist. Standing your ground and waiting for the opportunity is not the same as not taking action, in fact it’s how most conflicts are won. You must grow up, be patient, if the tree of liberty needs some red watering, you will know because even the patient ones will uproot themselves.

War isn’t about going in and killing everyone COD style. That doesn’t work. War is about, organization and planning. The race to Berlin wasn’t a couple of guys in the back of a truck riding through France and Germany laughing it up and shooting Nazis. It was hard fought with strategic maneuvering and yet they still lost lives.
This is not a war between countries or uniformed armies. This will be closer to Afghanistan/Iraq/IRA than Germany.

Okay, that is a fair point. You shouldn't be too quick to dismiss someone who might know something you don't.
But you would think that occasionally they would output a prediction that wasn't disaster. If the only possible output is bad, the occasional accurate prediction doesn't matter anymore than if a magic 8-ball gets it right one time.
