At the bare minimum, China needs to be expelled. Exile all the communists, round up ChiComs and ChiCom-linked traitors for prosecution in military court, followed by execution in most cases.

Sever ties between American and Chinese academia. No more student exchange programs. Seize all "Confucius Institutes", confiscate their assets and award the proceeds to the American people as a tax break or one-time UBI check.
