Why do you need to consume so much media? I noticed turning off the tv/phone and raking the leaves in silence the other day was the calmest I've felt in a long time. life is still good without any media. All that stuff in the world we love is still out there even if it's harder to access. If your fun was being in big crowds I understand because that's been killed.
