The Supreme Court is giving the states a month to respond - until January 14th! He’s trying to run out the clock - To hear the matter just before Inauguration Day (or afterwards). The country is a tinderbox and he’s playing with fire.

We use the system in place. If and when that system fails to produce justice and all options are exhausted, that is when we move to the last box.
