WI may have a better chance than MI. MI is one of the most cucked GOP legislatures in the country.

37

How so?! What can be done to help for someone in the deep end of blue territory of WI.

55
thunderstorm 55 points ago +55 / -0

The WI Supreme Court ruling leaves an opening if the campaign can identify enough people who falsely claimed they were indefinitely confined. I don't know how they are going about identifying them.

69
Jkend0740 69 points ago +69 / -0

Matt Braynard looked at peoples Facebook account to verify voters indefinitely confined status. He used recent photos and was able to curate a list of 1/3 of the indefinitely confined voters violating the law. That was 2-3 weeks ago so the list is probably much bigger

43

I have heard of insurance companies flying drones over people who claim total disability to document fraud. Any WI pedes with a list and some drone time?

7
Friend_of_John_Galt 7 points ago +8 / -1

Yeah but FB is timestamped for the actual dates they were "confined" to vote, now they could just say they're fine.

9
VolareVia 9 points ago +9 / -0

If someone is no longer indefinitely confined according to the government, then they can revoke the voter's privilege to vote absentee. If you no longer meet the requirements for absentee voting, you have to inform them by law. The fact that they 'just haven't gotten around to it yet' likely won't fly in court.

Most likely the voters in question, if prompted would just say 'I was told I could use Covid as an excuse! What the hell?'.

5
Morpheus75 5 points ago +5 / -0

U are thinking these votes are actual real votes? These are conjured votes, the people behind it likely have no idea in many of the cases

2
fake_new_media 2 points ago +2 / -0

this. most of these illegal votes fall under this.

2
KS-76- 2 points ago +2 / -0

There are people who draw monthly disability checks that are literally going on whitewater rafting trips.

6
Coorslight14 6 points ago +6 / -0

They are going door to door, using social media, etc.... A small Army has been dispatched.

2
Fartgate 2 points ago +2 / -0

Could they use tax information from employment? Anyone working outside the home is not indefinitely confined. The data exists, its just a matter of getting it.

1
thunderstorm 1 point ago +1 / -0

Showing who they voted for is the more difficult problem.

2
fake_new_media 2 points ago +2 / -0

24
basedBlumpkin 24 points ago +24 / -0

Check out the statement the GOP speaker of the MI house released. They are absolute cowards. I don't see any chance MI legislature flips on it's own without some kind of huge court win that they could use to deflect blame.

21
sordfysh 21 points ago +21 / -0

Yeah. That's what I'm seeing too.

They are starting to wake up that it happened. But too many are still of the belief that you can't just invalidate illegal ballots.

14
BasedInFact 14 points ago +14 / -0

Yes. God forbid we dare disqualify an illegal vote!

There is no voter disenfranchisement remotely as real and massive as that done through cancelling out real votes with fake votes.

Democrats, the Party of Lies, pretends it is "disenfranchisement" to ask someone to prove who they are before voting, all while committing actual, treasonous disenfranchisement on an industrial scale.

60
Enlivenus [S] 60 points ago +60 / -0

Yes, WI legislature is quietly progressing too. But, they are not as far along in the battle as the aforementioned states. However, Trump looks like he's most likely to overturn WI certification with the recent WI Supreme Court ruling that indefinitely confined voter status was abused. Trump just needs to find 20,000 voters who abused that status and voted illegally. I don't know yet how he will do that.

Biden elector votes in Madison, despite β€œindefinite confinement”

On August 5, she posted a picture of herself (without a mask) while speaking at the opening of a new Kwik Trip store.

6

"A false statement of indefinite confinement is a false statement to elections officials, and thus could be a Class I felony punishable by 3.5 years in prison and fines of up to $10,000."

What is GA doing? Or where can I find updated info? I live here and have been reaching out daily but only ever get pre-written responses.

14
Enlivenus [S] 14 points ago +14 / -0

I'll look for current status and update with a post. AZ has already secured a majority of legislators willing to vote to overturn the Governor's electors, but they are still trying to get authorization to call a legislative session to make it official. Worse case senario, Trump postpones Jan 6 US Congress voting date until Jan 7 when all state legislatures are back in session and they no longer need the Governor to call them back in to session to vote for Trump electors! Checkmate mo fo's!

6
deleted 6 points ago +6 / -0
2
TwoStar 2 points ago +2 / -0

Each state has its own constitution that establishes how sessions occur and how they can be called. It's part of the general theme of separation of powers such as established in the U S Constitution. They differ quite a bit, but generally a legislature can't call itself into session outside of established periods, but Governors can.

5
TexasPride 5 points ago +5 / -0

There may be enough Senators and Reps willing to debate the electoral votes that last hours, which then carries over to the new date allowing the state legislatures to immediately call a session? Im not sure if that would work or not just thinking

Pretty sure all they'll need to do is prove someone called themselves indefinitely confined because of covid. That's the VAST majority of those votes. Previous elections there had around 60 thousand "indefinitely confined" people. This year it was around 200k.

7
VolareVia 7 points ago +7 / -0

If I remember the numbers correctly, it wasn't 60 thousand last time. It was 6 thousand. ONLY 6k

2

I've researched each of the swing state cases individually, understand the process of recertification, and then conveyed the results here. These are my findings. Each of these 3 aforementioned states have secured senate & house majorities in writing who have pledged to vote for Trump electors. They are petitioning on how to get back in session to officially cast their votes and formalize their electors. I'll post again if the cases change. It is worth noting that WI is making progress too with some chance at success. PA can't seem to get a senate majority willing to commit in writing to Trump, but Mastriano is trying very hard. Neither NM nor NV have a Republican majority in their congress, so it is unlikely that either legislature will flip their respective state's certification. Cheers!

Rudy & Jenna have been working on these three legislatures tirelessly. Watch everything Rudy & Jenna say if you want to know about the status of the battles in the state legislatures. You can also follow the individual state reps and senators for their updates. Rudy & Jenna have been saying AZ, GA and MI are closest to flipping with WI following behind. PA stalling with a few dearly needed stubborn PA RHINO senators. Everybody knows NV, NM & CO mean well but the Republicans are not the majority in those congresses.

13
Enlivenus [S] 13 points ago +13 / -0

MI just docketed case in SCOTUS seeking authorization to certify electors for Trump against Governor. Even though the US Constitution already grants them that power.

1
imausertoo 1 point ago +1 / -0

Wow...but I'm confused. How can they do that? Doesn't that require decertification of the state first?

Also Is that by the Trump campaign or by someone else without standing like Powell?

10
Enlivenus [S] 10 points ago +10 / -0

If SCOTUS agrees with explicit language in US Constitution that state legislatures appoint electorates, then MI does not need decertification of the MI Governor's electors.

1
hodlmybeer 1 point ago +1 / -0

I thought the governor's electors only came into play if both slates of electors missed the safe harbor date. SC will have to interpret the 1877 Electoral law.

3
Cincinattus1776 3 points ago +3 / -0

Some states delegated their authority to appoint electors to the Executive branch of their state governors, like Pennsylvania. This doesn't matter (rather, shouldn't) because of Article 2 Section 1 of the US Constitution.

Also, the Trump electors that voted in the various states that went for Biden are NOT official electors and were not appointed by the legislatures, which is what I believe OP is getting at.

2
Shirou-AoV 2 points ago +2 / -0

From what I gather, the law in MI says the governor certifies the electors. Since that passed the legislature, that's its 'will'. However, the power to appoint electors is a plenary (sole) power invested in the legislature alone, and prior legislatures can't bind the current one, generally. Basically, I assume they are looking for cover, or even for the SCOTUS to somehow rule against what the Constitution says so they can give up and all that. Either one really.

They should vote now and ask questions later. Who cares if cucked SCOTUS thinks it's constitutional? Turn the clock against the Dems who might want to challenge the Trump electors in the SC. Hopefully they don't have time.

OP, can you explain the path? Serious question, as I don't see it without the governors flipping

8
Enlivenus [S] 8 points ago +8 / -0

The state legislature needs to obtain a majority in their house and senate to vote for Trump electors. Then they need to formalize it with an official vote during an authorized session of their congress. Then, they need to send a letter to Mike Pence announcing their electors, which pursuant to Article 2 of the US Constitution supercedes the Governor's selection of electors. Pence will count the electors pursuant to Article 2 of the Constitution (the state legislature's chosen electors).

2
WinstonSmith1984 2 points ago +2 / -0

I read more through the thread. It seems the crux of the issue in some states is being able to be "in session" so they can switch the electors?

4
Shirou-AoV 4 points ago +4 / -0

Its a plenary power granted by the Constitution, just need a sufficient quorum really. Can meet at a Denny's parking lot, if necessary.

I can picture it now: "With the power afforded to me by my constituents, I... excuse me, I'll have the waffles... I hereby call us to a vote"

No need for governors. State legislature certification is what matters

Michigan reps. are cowards and won't do anything, a lot of talk to appease the public,IE US, how do I know this? I live in Michigan and my republican senator and reps have said the numbers matched in Detroit and I gave them a bunch of questions to ask and they did do that then I explained the meaning of the question then explained what their answer meant them they ordered a recount of Detroit and Livonia mi I just say good luck on them doing anything especially the senate chair, Whitmers impeachment is DOA according to my reps, they all have no BALLS to do what's right and they even have term limits

We just need that first domino to fall, and the left knows it.

Please itemize the "significant progress" these legislatures supposedly are making to decertify Biden electors and certify POTUS electors. I must have missed it. Probably distracted by all the crickets

Is this before, after, or irrespective of Powell just having been shut down by SCOTUS in WI and AZ?

I know about AZ’s audit, but what’s happening in GA and MI that I missed?

What is the approximate eta for this flip and deadline for it to be useful. What is the likelyhood of it happening? Thank you!

2
MAGALogic 2 points ago +2 / -0

Hard to say but if it doesn't happen before the days leading up to Christmas the window of opportunity is late Dec/early Jan.

Trump said today on WABC Talk Radio that "we are actually very close to over turning the election." We only need the help of a few more politicians.

Don't you get it Mr. Doom? The legislatures are looking right now at certifying Trump-voting electors! They're just figuring out how.
