It just occurred to me the Silver Fox is going to delay counting electoral votes until all of Trump's lawsuit are resolved. Nothing in the Constitution says it has to be Jan 6 and this guy controls the process. (media.patriots.win)

Only clear date in the constitution is Jan 20th. If there is no president by the 20th the speaker of the house is the president. Trump is legally president until the 20th.
