These are escalating levels of legality I referred to in general terms as legal protections under our Constitution since many currently seem uncertain as to where they may fit in.
I also implicitly referred to all those acting unconstitutionally and illegally outside of the scope of our Constitution since we as adherents are all still bound by it.
Regardless, the point is that everyone must choose their level of involvement and commitment that they alone must resolve within themselves. It's my hope everyone chooses the 3rd.
That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
Laws and government are discrete which is why not every country is a Republic like ours so don't conflate the two. We are now on 3 which means there's no crime in constitutionally doing whatever it takes to protect and defend our Republic.

There's no crime in legally organizing.
There's no crime in legally protesting.
Most importantly, there's no crime in constitutionally doing whatever it takes to protect and defend our Republic.
Each person must decide their role and path when the SHTF.

When I said "We" are on 3 I wasn't including anyone except me and all those I personally know about.
Then take it up with those who are doing what you stated. I'm not the one doing it.
