My thought is Lin Wood knows the courts aren't going to hear his cases. Now pay attention to his tweets blatantly calling people out for everything. He is HOPING to get sued for slander and/or defamation by anyone. That would therefore place him in front of the courts to lay out his case defending his slanderous accusations.

Yep. He pretty much said it at one point. “I know defamation and nobody is going to sue me because they would have to allow discovery”. - rough paraphrase.
I've gone through discovery in GA. They don't hold back down there.
