Looks to me it was concluded that an emergency does not negate the requirement of if to acquire a valid photo of.

I'm not a lawyer, but I can read, and to me it looks like they are moving to invalidate a lot of votes that didn't qualify as indefinitely confined with no voter ID made. Would be a big win for Trump!

While the court ruled in our favor, they did not rule any votes invalid. The same court literally ruled against invalidating votes in ANOTHER case on the same day, IIRC.

They did not declare them all invalid, they said those ballots will have to be challenged case-by-case. The campaign is working on it.

Seemed pretty wishy washy to me. I actually read "I concur and I don't concur" in there. I'm honestly lost as to their decision...
