Once again, my original comment was responding to someone wondering why normies were considering him so horrible for just killing 3k commies, so my responses are referring to information fed to normies by "trusted sources" and why it would seem to them that he did much worse

If that were not exaggerated, I too would find that beyond the pale for what should be employed as an interrogation technique. But alas, it is likely exaggerated.
Yes youre absolutely right, what is going on in N Korea, as well as other parts of the world, is just as bad if not worse than what ALLEGEDLY went on in Pinochets interrogation facilities, but just because we can find some examples of commies doing worse in some regimes doesn't make it any more acceptable to be used to stop commies.
