Worst Flu I ever got was after the one time I took the flu shot. Asked ex for a ride to the hospital because I couldn't even walk I was so weak. Put her through nursing school. Instead of taking me to hospital she decided to go with her new nurse boyfriend that she was cheating on me with and tell me she was with one of her girlfriends. 10 years in school, had only been working for a few months. I approve of this thread.
I haven't gotten the flu once since I stopped getting the shots. Used to get it every other year at least.
I'm not saying the two are related to each other, but at the very least I'm saying the flu shot has made less than zero difference for me personally speaking. Also a fairly healthy 22 year old do I'm assuming my immune system is whats bulletproof
I've had the flu exactly twice in my life and "coincidentally" it was in the only two years I got a flu shot.
Do you take C multiple times per day? Idk if true but they say it doesn't stay in your system more than a few hours.
