I kid you not, I had a nurse bust in to the room I was waiting in and literally said to me verbatim, "alright, so are you ready for your series of injections??". I had to tell them what stage of the process I was in, that I was clearly not the person who was supposed to be receiving those injections. They still looked super confused. That shouldn't be allowed to happen.

You left out how the doctor will then ask you the exact same questions that the nurse just finished asking you. Like what was the fucking point?
