This MD/DO pede speaks the truth. Now tell em about peer review and the backstabbing that goes on there. I feel for most doctors but it is impossible to know who the good ones are till you have actually been in a community for awhile. It's always sunshine and roses till you threaten someone else's bottom line. Fist lesson for all those new docs out there, nurses are not your friend, they will throw you under the bus in a heart beat to cover up their mistake or if you make them work. Hospital nurses are nasty pieces of work.
What do you think of all this telemedicine jive? How can you not miss things? My mom hasn't seem a doctor irl since February. Its like they make a social call and charge Medicare for a "doctors visit".
All professions have alot of crappy people. I'm a CPA, I'd say only 20-30% are worth shit. People have a bad attitude, no pride in their profession imho.
