I bought a handheld HAM radio and have no idea how to use it or if it's even useful. It's got an 18" antenna!

My point is that I bought a thousands of dollars worth of bug out gear and guns and was hoping I could use the HAM radio to find other rally goers. I just know it makes beeps, boops and fuzzles.

Just tell me where to go and when.
