From what I’ve seen and read, they are able to drag drop whole batches of adjudicated ballots for one candidate or the other. Theyre not supposed to but can and regularly did this out of site from poll watchers, who are already 50 feet away trying to verify signatures.
There was testimony (maybe MI) from a poll watcher in the adjudication room challenging the election worker voting a ballot with both Biden and Trump clearly bubbled in as a Biden ballot. Her challenge was ignored and the head supervisor ordered the ballot sent through as Biden.
So when those error ballots are being adjudicated by an operator as discussed in the video, are polls watchers observing at that point??
