IMO Trump is trying very hard to win through the SCOTUS or legislature. If they don’t pan out it January, I think that’s when we see him realistically pulling the trigger.
I hope he realizes that if he doesn't cross the Rubicon, as soon as they get into the office, they are going to arrest him and probably some of his family on trumped up charges. That's what commies do. No court would give him a fair trial either. He has to do it. They'll make Guantanamo the new Gulag.
