Or they can be challenged when opened. If we tossed them right now then their legislature would just convene in a hurry and send a new slate, though one would hope the republican members of the legislature would protest or contest that slate.

This is just nuts at this point.

It is chaos which is why the SC dropped the ball big time. But that is how the game is played so be it!

Challenging CA would blindside the commies and would be a huge win literally and for normies to comprehend the severity of the situation.

Oh, yeah, nobody wants to hold this hot potato. They know where this is going no matter how Jan 20 goes, the question only comes down to when the fur starts to fly at this point.

I wonder if citizens can press a lawsuit in SCOTUS against cali? This invalidates and disenfranchises everyone. Essentially, there was no election at all. I would say that is a very clear standing. And if SCOTUS took it, they would be in a corner. If they uphold this election, they are telling every state that election laws are irrelevant and can be disobeyed with impunity. If they say the entire election is invalid, then all of Cali is pissed as fuck. If they dismiss for lack of standing then all of Cali plus people in other states like AZ where I live would get even more pissed. And I am already pissed as fuck at this point.

If I lived there I would be frantically trying to get Lin Wood or Sidney Powell to mount a lawsuit lol. or SOMEBODY.

Yup.

We saw the SC punt with PA before the election and that was a clear tell that they would punt again after the election.

But at this point you have to go all out and leave no stone unturned.

Oh, I agree. Though I wish we could rattle their cages. I have been emailing and calling everyone of course but we know how that goes. my own state asshats locally have basically shut off their phones and are likely away on vacation or something.

I mean, our Cali pedes can file lawsuits in Cali and walk the chain. It costs money, and you might want to contact Barnes, or someone iwth election experience for a good attorney that could take it all the way to the supreme court.

I am hoping somebody in Cali does, I am in AZ and of course things are still FUBAR over here. Not that I expected anything else. This election is totally compromised from end to end. I would love to look at the records from non battleground states. I would love to look down ballot everywhere Dominion and other systems are used, as my county doesn't have dominion but we have definitely had electronic fuckery, mail in fuckery and other shit the last several election cycles.

I sometimes wonder what would have happened if, on election night, Trump's people rode up to the counting halls with truckloads full of ballots printed for Trump.

If the riggas contest where they came from, we protest where the fake Biden ballots came from. If they rig, we rig. Two can play that game.

Guys no judge is going to void the entire state’s election, and by extension “the will of the people”, over a mistake from the officials that is inconsequential. The majority of Congress won’t agree to that either, and for good reason

I agree that no judge will offer remedy of voiding an entire state election. But I do believe that by contesting a state like CA you put them in a huge pickle that they are not expecting IMO.

Agree, but contesting is one thing. Contesting with valid proof is another. You can say it was stolen (true statement), but if you dont bring anything else to the table, ur just a crackpot feeding their media. Having said that, come on CA patriots, double up on redpill and get that evidence out!

RED, WHITE AND BLUE FLU ! MONDAY JAN. 4TH THE U.S. COMES TO A STANDSTILL

Reposting because I think my idea has merit. Mostly everyone can afford to miss 1 day of work. If everyone who voted Trump calls off sick the same day, the U.S. will come to a standstill. On that day DO NOTHING ! Don't use social media, don't make any purchases, don't watch tv, don't do banking or trade stocks. Literally stay at home and watch a marathon of your favorite DVDs. This is a nonviolent way of showing SCOTUS and the world the might of American patriots. It also sends another message-if we can organize this, we can organize other, less non-violent protests.
