Oh, yeah, nobody wants to hold this hot potato. They know where this is going no matter how Jan 20 goes, the question only comes down to when the fur starts to fly at this point.

I wonder if citizens can press a lawsuit in SCOTUS against cali? This invalidates and disenfranchises everyone. Essentially, there was no election at all. I would say that is a very clear standing. And if SCOTUS took it, they would be in a corner. If they uphold this election, they are telling every state that election laws are irrelevant and can be disobeyed with impunity. If they say the entire election is invalid, then all of Cali is pissed as fuck. If they dismiss for lack of standing then all of Cali plus people in other states like AZ where I live would get even more pissed. And I am already pissed as fuck at this point.

If I lived there I would be frantically trying to get Lin Wood or Sidney Powell to mount a lawsuit lol. or SOMEBODY.

Yup.

We saw the SC punt with PA before the election and that was a clear tell that they would punt again after the election.

But at this point you have to go all out and leave no stone unturned.

Oh, I agree. Though I wish we could rattle their cages. I have been emailing and calling everyone of course but we know how that goes. my own state asshats locally have basically shut off their phones and are likely away on vacation or something.

I mean, our Cali pedes can file lawsuits in Cali and walk the chain. It costs money, and you might want to contact Barnes, or someone iwth election experience for a good attorney that could take it all the way to the supreme court.
