Look up Julius Caesar crossing the Rubicon and you'll get the idea.

In order to save our republic , Trump must invoke the Insurrection ACT and essentially use the military to sort things out. It has come to this point since the Courts won't hear the overwhelming evidence and state legislatures doing the right thing. It's time to drain the swamp.

In this case, Trump declaring full or partial martial law, while this all gets worked out.

I don't know what he is capable of doing, although I believe the EO does state somewhere whether its full or partial martial law. I'm just not sure.

A web search is much quicker than writing a post asking about it.

It's the line between authoritarianism and freedom.
